Monstera is a good choice for a beginner house plant as it can be generally forgiving. 

 Lighting: Monstera grows best in bright, indirect sunlight.

Watering: Make sure to keep soil moist and do not overwater! It is best to water when the top inch of soil is dry.

Soil: The best soil to use for Monstera is a well-draining, peat-based potting mix. 

Pet Safe? No, Monstera is not considered a safe plant for your pets. 

Please note that no outside food or beverages are allowed at the farm.
